Concept Stage

Involves developing a concept floor plan in consultation with a C&J Designer Homes Property and Design Consultant as well as soil tests, contours survey, site inspection, estimation, council requirements and covenants.  

Preliminary Stage

At this stage, working drawings are developed and engineering drawings prepared.  Clients also meet with C&J Designer Homes Colour and Selections Consultant, discuss the interior and exterior look and meet with a landscape architect (optional). 

Contract Stage

C&J Designer Home will present a contract which includes working drawings and specifications.

Construction Stage

Construction commences and continues according to terms detailed in the contract.  At completion, landscaping (optional) is completed.

Handover

C&J Designer Homes hand over your new home ready for you and your family to move in.
