Construction of this home presented a series of challenges.  A sloping site, meant that substantial excavation was required, but even before the home construction commenced C&J Designer Homes had to work closely with landscapers to install a pool.  A requested variation to the contract included incorporating two 10,000 litre underground water tanks, which C&J Designer Homes was able to meet.  This double storey, 3 bedroom Edwardian style home will feature a study, guest quarters and powder room when completed in February 2010.
