J and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team at C&J (Designer Homes), for the end result of the project we have all shared over the past two years, the design and construction of our beautiful new home.  There are still some tasks to be completed before we can it is truly finished, but we are nearly there!  The garden will be planted very soon, turf will be laid and it will be worthy of a photo or two!

The whole building process has been relatively painless for us, unlike some of the stories you hear.  My association with everyone concerned at C&J (Designer Homes) has been very productive and most enjoyable.  Howard has been very helpful and supportive, especially in the initial stages with the designing of our plans and specifications.  He has paid us a few visits since and followed the project through to the final stages, which I thought was lovely.

Our next contact was with John, sorting out the contract and specifications, who was always friendly and patient with my many requests for variations.  Obviously this also applies to Ian, there were times when he must have been so tired of discussing the house with me, but he managed to retain his sense of humour and was always helpful. 

Carlo was also very approachable and patient with all discussions regarding progress, delays and changes.  Coordinating construction of a house is not easy, I know, especially when it is not the only one you are responsible for, and the client needs to be patient to.

All tradesmen involved in the construction were great, I appreciated being able to have contact with them directly, when necessary.

From the initial plans right through all the stages until completion, everything was handled professionally and thoughtfully.  This helped to make what was initially our most challenging and worrying project an enjoyable and satisfactory one.

All of your work was carried out with great care and attention to detail and we are proud when people walk through our new home and instantly love it.  We are extremely happy not to have any “horror stories” like some of our neighbours have had with larger, cheaper builders.  You definitely get what you pay for!

I have known Carlo Brando for the last twelve months.  This is as a result of a building contract that we have had in place with C&J Designer Homes to construct our family home.  I understood Carlo’s responsibilities were as a Director of the Company and to be ‘hands on” in the organisation and management of their building projects.  In that time Carlo and his team have delivered our home to specification and on time. 

We are very happy with the quality of the product and the relationship we have had with Carlo throughout the project.  He has been receptive, responsive and has exercised an excellent attention to detail throughout.
