This home was originally constructed as a display home showcasing C&J Designer Homes’ ability to design and construct a custom built Modern home.  As per its namesake, The Portsea was popular yet exclusive - it represented ultra-contemporary elegance in a two-storey functional living space.  Key features were a dramatic charcoal entrance-way wall; bi fold doors; high ceilings and an ingeniously designed en-suite from the master bedroom.  The full size bathtub was a central point of the en-suite, which collected the HIA Best Bathroom in a Display Home Award in 2006.
