Details:

The key challenge in the construction of this home was the fall of land on this sloping site.  C&J Designer Homes suggested substantial excavation to the site allowing the integration of a large rumpus room or storage provision.  The client sought a Neo-Classical home design, inspired by Georgian detail that would suit the surrounding area which featured established, mature eucalyptus trees.  What resulted was a sophisticated single storey home with an outdoor entertaining area that incorporates a pool, alfresco area and private courtyard that is enjoyed from the ensuite and sitting room.
