Originally designed and constructed as a C&J Designer Homes display home, The Fairhaven took modern living to an entirely new level.  The Fairhaven was ultra contemporary living as not seen before; a fresh design that welcomed a relaxed lifestyle in a modern and stylish arrangement.  Light filled, free-flowing spaces united with a 4.6m central island kitchen bench that created a seemingly endless expanse.  3.6m high ceilings to entry, bi-fold doors, dividing feature columns and built in fireplaces were just some of the exceptional features of The Fairhaven.
